Hey now! Got an old Monitor 7 with a bad 6 1/6" mid. I'm a newbie, can it be fixed & does anyone have parts?

Welcome to CP, Yes it can fixed as for parts you might want to post in the Wanted (WTB) Classifieds. It might also help if you can identify which model & it is. 7A, 7B, 7C.Monitor 7C's With Tubes

Not sure what the individual drivers come out to, but somebody has a single original model 7 listed on Ebay for $49 BIN. (As stated above, you would want to make sure it was compatible with your model 7.) Obviously, shipping could be a deal killer, but it would give back ups of the tweeter and passive radiator (and other parts).

Thanks for the info! I have identified them as a Monitor Series 7B. Still need a 6 1/2" Mid. Any further advice from the Brain Trust, please!?!?

Call 1-866-764-1801 tell em you need a MW6502 for a 7B and that you are a club member.(discout + free shipping) Or, you can post in the wanted section of the forum. Brain Trust?!? Ya got the wrong site Bub !:eek:
