series II 5400 vs tl350

I have owned the series II 5400 speakers for the past 9 years and am tempted to replace them with the Blackstone TL350 speaker system. They will be hooked to a Onkyo TX-SR804. Is this considered an upgrade and will I be dissapointed? Thanks, John
