I have a question regarding the cs1000p hookup. When using the line input on it are you supposed to hook that into your center channel preout on the receiver or subwoofer pre out? Any help would be greatly appreaciated!

Center channel I would guess. It's a center channel, right?

    You're lucky to own one!!!

Using the pre-out you still need to hook up the the top set of binding posts to the center channel speaker outputs of your amp or receiver. I'd try it both ways to see what sounds better.
