    Doubt it, but I would have hit their **** with exorbiant fees, penalties and interest just like they would have done to me.

    BoA holds my mortgage. Rat bastads charge me extra to do a electronic payment as opposed to mailing a check. Any way they can to screw you a little harder. Eff 'em...

    "After about an hour the bank finally cut a check to satisfy the debt, and no furniture was taken. A representative for Bank of America issued a statement saying they are sorry for the delay in issuing funds. They claim the original request went to an outside attorney who is no longer in business.


    That is just freakin' AWESOME !


    That's a nice idea, btw: going to make a late house payment ? Send the mortgage holder a note saying, "I'm sorry for the delay in issuing funds". :smile:
