I just remembered...I got the audio advisor summer sale flyer yesterday, there's a HUGE Manley power amp (damn, the model slips my mind) but anywho, $2000 bucks off the demo unit. I saw the add, and immediately thought of you.

You'd have to call, but I'd guess that you can order 2, independent of how many are actually "demo". Manufacturers have strict rules on pricing, but you are allowed sell something open box/demo below that price. AA's cost is around 60%-70% MSRP, so they'll still make some money and clear inventory even at the top of that range.

Madmax bought a minty pair of Manley Mahi monoblocks from me about three months ago and he say's that he really likes them with his Avante Guard Duo's

Thanks for the heads up! Right now I have two pairs of the much older manley 200 signature mono blocks (same placeholder in the product line as this series) and they are awesome. As said above I also have the Mahi pair too. I'm keeping the wallet firmly buttoned in my pants on this one. :biggrin:
