I wasn't too excited for another sequel. The Last Stand was okay but Wolverine was absolutely terrible. This one however shows promise. Reviews are overwhelmingly positive. Currently at 98% on Rotten Tomatoes.

Just got home from seeing this. It's very well done! I enjoyed it alot! The casting was spot on along with a good story and great special effects. It's a fun ride and definite Blu Ray buy when it's released.

    FYI...

Don't bother sitting through the credits (like we did) waiting for a little extra at the end. There's nothing! Leave when the credits start to roll!
    No excuses!

Wait HT, did I read that right?? You thought that abortion that Brett Ratner put out was anything better then horrible? Ur bar must be pretty low lol I dont consider myself a hardcore xmen fan, but just on quality it was horrible. Let alone he basically started killing off main characters and totally messing up the storyline in the series.

Nothing a good scene showing it was all a dream cant fix ha

Btw ur opinions are valid on what movies are well made, Im just here to tell you that you are incorrect on said opinions :)

Absolutely agree on all points plus January Jones and Rose Byrne were easy on the eyes.

Wish I read your note about leaving when the credit rolled.

I've liked all the X-Men movies so far (regardless of what any other posters to this thread may think). This one "may" be the best. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Jennifer Lawrence alone is worth the price of admission...plus...it has BACON!

On second thought...forget "may" be the best X-man movie. It is the best IMO.

Watched it on Blu tonight. While I do not like any of the x-men films, this one stood apart from those terrible films and was very well done.

I really like this one, too, although bass effect wasn't up to par with others like Terminator Salvation - Inception - War of the Worlds...
