Setup question - onkyo 608 and monitor 70s

I couldn't pass up the deal on newegg and upgraded my front speakers. Replaced my current monitor 50's and CS1 Center with monitor 70s and cs2.

My question has to do with the receiver. When I get the new speakers and have them all setup....is there some sort of reset I should do on the receiver...to start from scratch? Or do I just run the audussey eq??

    Congrats on your purchase. No need to reset anything. Just run audyssey for the new speakers and you'll be fine.

    Great, thanks! I'm traveling for work so I don't have access to my receiver or current settings. I seem to remember having to set the speakers to large or small? Or maybe it was full?? Should I look at this or should audussey take care of this too?

    If you are not running a sub set to large

    I run a sub plus have my speakers set to large.

    Probably the best thing you can do is to set it up both ways and see which sound you like best.

    So would I set the speakers to large, run audussey and then listen to the setup? Then change to small, run audussey and listen again?
