I found an amp in the trash!

I found a very nice looking Dynaco ST-120A in the trash. The chrome is pretty shiny, and the black cage is meticulous. It was a little damp. I'll let it dry out for a couple of weeks before firing it up. I have an ST-120 (brown cage) that could mate up with this one pretty nice in a bi-amp set-up.

Why the angry face? Well, I'm glad you asked. This is MY frickin' amp. I found it in MY frickin' garbage. I had a bunch of people over Sunday helping me move. At least I know who was carrying this amp out. If it weren't for the fact that he has no money (except for what I "loan" him), I'd ask him to pay for it to be professionally inspected and cleaned.

Sounds like from the "loan" comment he's more like a dependent.

    gidrah,
Maybe you can claim him for tax purposes... :D

I can't claim him as a dependant. The state already does. Besides he has enough dependancy problems. :(

Holy ****! So sorry to hear that gidrah:(. Since he can't pay you for inspection try to make him feel bad for doing it. I'm sure it's still fine, those things were built like a tank, but damn I can't believe someone would actually put that in the trash.
