Welcome to Club Polk!!
Your Insignia AVR can probably power that speaker set, but be careful not to clip your amp by playing it too loudly. Rumor has it that Insignia is contracting the manufacture of their units to a division of Onkyo? If that's the case it's probably a High Current design? But, I can't confirm that, because it is a rumor. Perhaps someone else knows?
I do know that Insignia has been manufactured by different better known companies in the past (it is a kind of 'house' brand for Best Buy and perhaps some others)?
Although the M70s and CS2 might benefit from more power, you're OK for now. And when the upgrade itch bites...we'll be here for you!
Enjoy!

Im running monitor 70s, 60s, and a cs2 off a 75w/per channel denon, assuming your insignia is decent you should be fine.

Yes, it will work, but i wouldnt expect anything amazing as that is not nearly enough power to show the potential of the m70s.Living Room 7.1 HT Rig:

Better to upgrade the receiver first. No matter what speakers you get, you won't get the best from them with your Insignia.Display: Sony 42" LCD

I like the cnh put it, personally, I'd have something more powerful.Source: BRP Panasonic UB9000, CDP Emotiva ERC3 - Display: LG OLED EVO 83 C3 - Pre/Pro: Marantz 8802A - Amplification: Emotiva XPA-DR3, XPA-2 x 2, XPA-6, Speakers, Mains/2ch-Focal Kanta No2's, C-LSiM706, S-702F/X, RS-RTiA9's, WS-RTiA9's, FH-RTiA3's, Subs - Epik Empire x 2

To the OP: Read the below, this is my personal experience, and make your own conclusions.
I just finished doing an A to B to C comparison in running the m70s with:
just the receiver (Marantz 7002, 110w/ch)
Parasound hca1000a (125w/ch)
Parasound hca1500a (205w/ch)
The receiver alone did ok, there was sound, it was clean, nothing amazing. The hca1000a improved the base and detail a little, but nothing earth shattering. When i hooked up the hca1500a the speaker "WOKE UP!" filled the room with clear detailed highs and nice punchy mids. Basically made the big m70s actually sound BIG, as it should for a huge speaker that it is.
Point of my story? You will get sound out of m70s with any receiver, but this big **** speaker will NOT come to life and will not sound BIG until you feed it the power it really needs.
If you already have the receiver you are asking about, I would get some combination of m50s, 40s, 30s and a decent sub. I personally would rather have a smaller speaker powered closer to its needs, then a big underpowered speaker.Living Room 7.1 HT Rig:

Thanks for the suggestions!
I'm gonna get my original setup. If I think need more power I'll get a more powerful receiver. Thanks again
