They started the same kind of thing at NJMP a couple years ago.
I have no idea how well it's doing.
Only thing is, it's for race cars and if you are a member, you get to jump in on any track day from any rental from any club. There are member only days where you get free range of all the tracks for whatever you want as well. You also get preferred status at the track hotels, restaurants and so on. You also get your own paddock space with or without a garage. Pretty slick but the member fee is pretty steep.
