DVD Player

I want to take the Oppo 980 currently being used by the kids & put it in the main rig for Hi-Res audio, so I need a player to replace it. It needs to have an S-Video connection as that's the best video input available on the old std. def TV it's getting hooked to(just about all new players don't). Looking to spend less than $50 shipped to zip 19606. Minor cosmetic issues OK, must have the remote.
Whacha got?

True, but here's the issue with that. The TV is the 32" Sony XBR squared from the mid 90's. If you're not familiar with this set, it was regarded as about the best direct view std def TV ever produced. A cheap DVD player will look bad on this set, & the only players @ Walmart with S-Video are bottom of the barrel Coby/Memorex/Magnavox stuff. The kids don't care, but my wife or I will on occasion watch a movie on this if the main rig is being used for something else.
I was hoping to come across an older, say 4-5 year old, quality player for not much money.

I've got a Sony DVP-NS55P that I'd be willing to part with. I had it hooked up to a basement TV, only ever used it for listening to CD's. Probably seen 10 uses in it's life.
Make me an offer? I was thinking $40 shipped, but I see they are only selling for $30 on Amazon (not sure what shipping would be)65" Sony X900 (XBR-65X900E)

Dave,
I got one of the older Oppo upconverting DVD player. It has very little use (less than 30 times over the last 5 years). Let me know if you are interested (I'll check the model tonight but pretty sure it's the 971H. I have 2 and this is the one in my bedroom)
