I was at the local record shop going through the used bins when I came across Pat Travers Go For What You Know, it was just sitting there in the P section. I quickly grabbed it and thought to myself I wonder how many people picked it up and said Pat who and quickly put it back in its place, I also wondered who had to be hard up enough for cash to part with this. I now have a favorite live album at least for the time being. I think this band was tight and the combo of Pat Travers, Pat Thrall, Mars Cowling and Tommy Aldridge was one of the best acts late 70's early 80's, as the intro says from the Streets of Toronto to the Streets of London, now here's to kick your **** Pat Travers Band. I wonder how many of you music lovers were lucky enough to see these guys, or to have listened to this album?

I saw him live in 1984, he opened for Blue Oyster Cult. Great show. I had that album back then. Good stuff. If you like that, try "Strangers In The Night" by UFO.
