Pepster's XLO Power Cords

I now have three of Pepster's XLO IEC power cords, but before I review the cords, I would like to review Pepster. In this day/age of swindlers and people that just don't care, it has been a pleasure to work with Paul. His cords are great quality, he met his commitments to the day and took the time to answer my barrage of dumb questions. Prices were very competitive and great service and great products. I highly recommend Pepster for anyone looking for a power cord upgrade !!!
As for the cords, I want to start off by saying these are my observations and perceptions. My intent here is NOT to start a thread where everyone is battling it out on cable impacts. This is just my perception.
This started off as a need to eliminate the stock SVS power cord with an extension cord. I learned about Pepster through this forum and inquired about a 10 footer. After some PM exchanges and recommendations, I gave Pepster the go ahead for the new cord. He also sent me a 4 footer to experiment with and pay for if I like or return to him on his dime if not. I was hoping for a sound quality impact, along with the elimination of an extension cord, and was not disappointed. The stock cord with an extension is obviously not ideal audio-file grade connections. The bass was cleaner and hitting harder. I actually have turned down the gain a couple notches on the SVS.
I switched the trial cord between the Rotel amp an the APC. The Rotel had an Audioquest AC-15 cord (which Pepster helped me identify). The APC had their stock cord (which is a pretty hefty cord). Not much sound difference with the Rotel and APC, but still one of those intangible "something sounds slightly better". I believe there is an accumulative effect, you change lots of little things and although alone there my not be any noticeable difference, together there is. My choice was to replace both of those cords also.
I have read many of the heated threads here, so again this is just my opinions and my opinion is that this was definitely a move in the right direction. I'm really digging my sound right now!!!! Thanks again Pepster. Next up, IC upgrade.......

I found Paul very difficult to get along with. In fact, if I remember correctly, he wouldn't even give up his Paypal address untill I had some time on the cord, and knew I was happy with it. I never...
Nice write up, BTW.
