Incredible Polk deal advice!

So during my relentless search for a Tri-Laminate center I came across a local deal on Craigslist that blew me away, check this out:
2-RT2000Ps, 2-R15 w/stands and a PSW300 all in excellent condition for....$500! I am not even really looking for any of those pieces but Im such a sucker for a deal. I dont think the guy knows what he has...the RT2000ps alone go for over $500 on eBay...thinking about buying, using the 2000ps and selling my RT1000ps and the rest (maybe even my PSW350 for the 300 with the extra bass from the 2000s), possibly for a profit even! Not sure the misses would be very happy with another pile of speakers in the house but man is that tempting!
So, any devil's advocates out there?
