Definitive Tech Prostudio 350, opinions??

Hello Guys,
I have a opportunity of getting a pair of def tech studio350 for a good price and was wondering how they sound compared to rti4 which is what i am using temporarily as mains.
i have read that they dig very deep for their size and was curious to know if this would be a upward move or more of a side move.
