Hales Revelation One bookshelves (DFW)

Keith was good enough to pass these to me a month or so ago, but after taking some measurements I'm going to go with the Blackstones at the new place, so I'm gonna 'pay it forward' so to speak and offer these up to the group here.

These were not a cheap speaker in their day, and they sound great today. These are not a 'garage speaker', they're much better than that (unless your garage is a good 2 channel room).

Karma means free, no strings attached. I live in West Plano and work in Las Colinas, can meet somewhere on that route.

    I was gonna offer to bring them out to your place next weekend so whoever won could grab them there, but things are crazy with packing and trying to organize 2 storage units and the move all at once, so I may not make it out. I was lucky to be able to make the LSAF on Saturday, don't know if that luck will carry through to next weekend as well.

    I'm going to keep this one local to DFW only, these are too big and heavy to ship without proper boxes and such and I just don't have the time to deal with that right now.

    I completely understand. At 26 pounds each those are some mighty robust bookshelf speakers!

    These speaker have a few nicks, but sound good. They are 8 ohm and 87db.
    They need some watts to sing. They are BIG, so you're gonna need
    stands that aren't wimpy
