Outlook 2010 add-on help

Are there any Microsoft experts out there? Here's my question, our company is needing to be able to convert emails from Outlook 2010 on Windows 7 machines into TIFF format for the digital records software we are using. If you have or know of something that will accomplish this that would be great! We will need this to work for about 150+ users in my company and they all need to have their own license. This is definitely not my area of expertise so I am reaching out for a little help.
