Need honest opinions

I've been designing and managing this website:
http://www.mcminnvillejaycees.com

I just brought the new version online at the beginning of the month, and I'm still working some kinks out.

What I need is for people outside my organization to take a look and tell me what works and doesn't work in your eyes. This is the 2nd website I've built, and the first to use Flash instead of plain-ol' HTML.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Looks good, easy interface; easy navigation.

    Clean and simple. A couple of small things:

    The picture interface on the front page was a pinch confusing at first. I'd probably have a separate tab for pics, maybe organized by past event to show people what they're donating for. At very least I'd make it more obvious that that's what you're navigating to/through and how to get out.

    To be ultra picky, I didn't like not being able to use tab and shift+tab to navigate the contact us information boxes.

    Looks OK. I don't like all flash website though. You can't bookmark anything, and I don't think Google can search the site.

    Typical Flash sites can't be searched, true. This one, however, is built so that each "page" (tab) has a separate address, so that Google can crawl it.
