Looking for an active x-over

Here's what i'm working with now:
SR6500 and SR124-dvc
but at some point might go to active 3-way front stage + sub so would like a decent x-over that does either
2-way front + sub or
3-way front + sub or
3-way front only since sub can be "cut" by most h/us and amps anyways.
Budget is in $300s and i would like something real nice to last me for a while with as many tuning options as possible.
