Equipment:
Center: CS20
Front Right/Left: TSI 300's
Sub: Dynamo 500, 10" subwoofer
Receiver: Onkyo HT-R670

I just calibrated my system with the setup mic and it set the crossover settings at Center 40Hz, fronts @ 50Hz and the sub @ 120 Hz. Does this sound right or should I set everything at 80Hz and keep the sub at 120Hz? Just want to know standard X-over settings for these speakers and setup. Newbie here so any advise would be helpful. Thanks

I would start with 80hz on all the speakers. The sub I would put at 80 as well. Then once you get used to how it sounds you can tweak the settings down (which makes the speaker play lower) to see if you like it better.

I had my Monitor 60's at one point at 60 for a bit but it didnt make a massive difference IMHO.

My understanding of Audyssey is you can go higher than what it finds, but it's not advised to go lower than what it suggests. So you don't want to go lower than the 120hz it recommends on the sub. If you want lower you'll have to play with placement and run Audyssey setup again.

As an example in my room, moving my sub a mere 6 inches will mean the difference between Audyssey recommending 120hz or 80hz. After doing the sub crawl Audyssey said 120hz at the best location I could find given my limited placement options. Even with tweaking placement and Audyssey saying 80hz it sounded better in the location with a 120hz crossover.

Try your speakers at 80hz as Enders suggests. Then perhaps drop your L-C-R down to 70 and 60 to see how it sounds.

You always want the sub set to 120 hz. The .1 in 5.1 is the subwoofer. If you set it to 80hz then the sub will not play any sounds above 80HZ. It will not get routed to the towers ethire because it is dedicated to the .1 subwoofer channel.
