Imagine the implications? Barack Obama is the "leader of the free world" and wields one large nuke stick in the grand scheme of things. He also commands a large force of military individuals and can sway the actions and words of other countries with this power. But, when it comes down to it, the one with the real power, that which can render all other powers impotent, is some engineer named Gary who put the button in place to begin with.
