Replacement rca jack suggestions

Hey guys,
I just bought a Harman kardon Signature 2.1 amp off of ebay, When i got it the first channel wasnt working. After a little trouble shooting i found that the rca jack that goes into the board is loose, I am going to take it to a repair shop to be fixed, should i trust the shop and the parts they use or should i order the right part and tell them i want this part to go into the unit. If i order the part...what part/brand should i use. It is a female rca jack.
Also on the same channel the speaker terminals are loose, when i lightly push on them the signal will be fine but when i let off of the terminal it stops.....i am guessing that it needs to be re soldered...
Any suggestions on how to approach the repair guy, Should i tell him that i had the unit apart and that i know what is wrong with it???
I would do the repair myself but i dont trust my soldering ability.

I would do it yourself if the access to the jack is decent, to include being able to remove it from the chassis. For connectors I'd choose www.vampirewire.com for all things related to chassis work.
You may be able to simply resolder them but this would require getting it in your lap. If you're going thru that much trouble, just upgrade everything possible if it's something you want to keep.
Since you're not confident in the DIY, get the parts and just pay to have them installed. There are some folks on here that may volunteer their time, including me but I'm booked solid.CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.
