Celebrating a pioneer in American dance. I like how Google takes the time to think of little things like this and bring attention to them.

    thanks for sharing. I only use bing or wolfram-alpha anymore, but i do miss the cool artwork, animations, and tributes
    design is where science and art break even.

    I've never seen them do animations...I rarely go to the homepage and end up using the browser search bar 99% of the time.

    It's just an animated logo. It changes nothing about the way the site functions.

    Really? I thought it meant I won a prize or a cruise for two to Jamaica.
