Wireless satellites

Hey so I'm looking into turning my 3.1 to a 5.1, but don't really have a good way to deal with the wires to the back of the room and I'm looking at wireless satellites. I currently have 2 M70s as fronts, a CS2 as the center, and a Pioneer VSX-30 receiver, and I'm looking to get some good satellites. I know the obvious choice would be the M30 or M40s, but I looking for a wireless solution. So does anyone out there have recommendations for wireless satellites that would work well with this set up? I've read some mixed reviews about the Polk Wireless FX, I was that it was on the demo thing but there are no reviews here and it has mixed feedback on amazon. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks

sadly I think a wireless solution will cost more than your main speakers. I can think of different ways of doing this, but they are not cheap.

you would need a pair of audioengine aw1 wireless senders receivers plugged to the preouts of the surround speakers, then plug the receivers to an outlet close to where the surround speakers will go and from the receivers to a mono amp to push the speakers. like i said not cheap.

each aw1 is 99.00 plus a usb power plug (5 bucks each), depending on the amp that would cost between 40-50 to you know where. since they are surround duty i would try to find not too expensive monoblocks (marantz m500, maybe?) that will set you back between 250 and 300 plus 125 for the speakers. this solution (hopefully there are others) would cost you close to 600 bucks.

i also beleive that paradigm was playing with the idea of self powered wireless bookshelf, but do not know if they ended up producing them or not.

    good luck,
