Just wanted to give everyone a heads up, I recently purchased my SC-25 from UOS, and received a DOA unit. There customer service was GREAT to deal with, they promptly responded to any emails I sent to them, worked with me over the phone to diagnose the issue with the first unit. I even had to call them the day I mailed it back to them, because I had forgotten to pack the remote, and they told me to keep it and they would pull one out of the unit they we're shipping to me. I couldn't have had a better experience with them, except for the first unit, which is no fault of their own. I'd recommend dealing with them to anyone; check them out, great AVR prices...
