Classe SSP 300

This is my personal unit, single owner only. It was burned in for about 300 hrs, and used while in my apartment. I moved and it has stayed in the box for the last 3 yrs. It is currently on consignment in a home theater shop, for the last 4 months. It is pictured connected with a CA-5200 which is not included (sold)

Unit comes with all accessority (mic, screwdriver.remote,manual) Original box (white) included. If it has to ship I have to find an outerbox for it to ship in as the white box isn't strong enough to ship.

Asking $1700 shipped. Please ask ANY questions!

    I am very interested. Would you accept $1500? My Sunfire 401 is ailing. Why are you selling it? Where can I access complete specs on the unit? Have never bought a used component before, but sold quite a few. I'm in Portland OR and the publisher of AUDIOPHILE AUDITION online magazine.

    Hi JohnSunier,

    I just saw your response, I don't get emails when people post. I'm getting rid of it as I just don't have time for it or any of my system, and have to empty/redo the basement first. That plus a very light sleeping 8 month old is just too much in the 'get rid of' direction. I'd accept $1600 shipped and insured. The shop also updated the firmware so everything is current on it.

    Have no idea what elicited the absurd flaming above, but I've been struggling to response to you. First I got a warning I couldn't send a message until I posted 9 more postings but now it seems to be working. The bottom line is I do want your unit and $1600 is OK. I just have to sell my present multichannel preamp first, so I ask your patience. Will put the ad in tomorrow - NOT in this forum.

    Why dont you just make 10 posts here anyways as its really not that hard .I would be greatly interested in hearing more about your mag and its always a pleasure to have some one like your good self posting on the forum :smile:

    Agreed, share some reviews, some things you seen out in the field etc. Just popping up to get a deal, sucks.

    I received an email from mnestor who indicated he is emailing me in place of you. I responded but have had no reply from him. Would prefer to have your email address, but basically I just wanted to tell you my old preamp is now listed at eBay and 3 other places and I wanted to see if I could perhaps send you $200 as a deposit until I get payment for my preamp?

    John, I don't need a deposit. As mentioned it is yours and I'll hold onto it for you until you're ready. If there is another offer I'll let you know and recheck your interest. I've also not posted it anywhere else for sale. I don't post my email on boards in fear of bots that skim for them, I have enough junk mail as it is. Dorokusai did send me an email and I was able to respond to it. I was away for a few days so I wasn't able to check the board, but I'm readily available now.

    Thanks, good to hear. My eBay ad runs thru Sat., if it doesn't sell I'll come down $100 and list it on Amazon. Unfortunately it got only one good review and there's a putdown of it in an online forum. Will let you know the minute it is finalized.

    +1 - you only need 4 more posts before you can PM people. Probably would make it alot easier to be able to take matters in your own hands rather than posting out here.
