Herbie's thick dBNeutralizer(tm) pad provides grounding for cone and spike vibration drainage. Works as a two-way decoupling barrier also, preventing vibrations from permeating into the audio rack or floor and subsequently back to other components, and vice-versa.
A premium stainless steel or brass disc, laminated to the dBNeutralizer(tm) pad, prevents cone points from puncturing the pad and provides constrained coupling to the pad material. The resulting barrier to vibrational and soundwave energies yields uncolored, sonically neutral loudspeaker support.
Small grounding base is ideal for small/medium-size audio components and loudspeakers and relatively mild vibrational conditions. Medium base is superb for all audio components, loudspeakers and racks up to 400 pounds. Large base is recommended for more severe vibrational conditions and weight loads up to 1000 pounds (450kg). Grounding bases are not weight-specific, however, and any of the bases can be used effectively under a wide variety of conditions.

For use on smooth uncarpeted surfaces, Cone/Spike Grounding Bases do not mar or smudge. (Grounding Base "Pad Only" is available if you already have floor/shelf-protector discs that you wish to use.)
