Why were the RT3000p's discontinued? Do anyone have the answer.

    The RT line evolved into non-powered towers. The last of which being the RTi100.

    Which evolved into the RTiA line that is currently made. Most decisions like this are made based on money. Polk is a business.
    RTi150 is more a descendant than the 100's
    I'd also guess that if you get close to 500 watts of good power pushing them they'd be fairly close to the 3000P's

    They also introduced a new flagship line; the LSi series.
