Moving my 3.1tl speakers around with the interconnect cable still attached, I banged into it and snapped the IC pin in the speaker. Anyone have any ideas on how to get the pin out. Ben you have a PM because I think it is wedged and the part may have to be replaced in the speaker. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Is this an original SDA cable you were using?? also if memory serves me right you should be able to take out the passive and push the pin out from the back side with a smaller pin, you might have to remove some hot glue to get to it.. If you need a new socket I have one here with your name on it..

It was one of Ben's silver cables. I have a feeling I will need the new socket. Thanks for the offer.

As I recall Ben's IC only has the pin portion. In the pin/blade you only need the pin.
