I am demoing a Red Wine Audio hybrid Integrated amp right now for my Fortes, and the initial results are promising. Both it and the Shuguang Treasure 300B are fantastic with the horns, where the tubes error on the side of musicality, and the hybrid errors on the side of detail. I need to burn in the Red Wine Audio amp more, but if I were to make the lateral move from the Shuguang to the Red Wine, I'm seeing what the interest here would be for it. The amp is sold by Grant Fidelity, and is the most musical amp I've ever owned. It comes stock with Shuguang Treasure 300B and 6CA7 tubes, and I upgraded the 12AX7s to Psvane, and upgraded the 5AR4 to Shuguang Red Base for longer life. I also upgrade the amp with Jantzen Silver/Gold coupling caps, plus other Jantzen Standard and Silver Z-caps in key location for increased sound quality and clarity. The amp and original tubes are about 1 year old, and I have extra tubes for the amp, as well as original box and packing materials.

Features:

Single ended triode Class A design with tube rectification
Point-to-Point copper/silver hand wired throughout, point to point
Oversized hand wound 115V transformers with OFC copper wire
6CA7(EL34) used as driver tubes instead of 6SN7 - drastically improve the bottom end of 300B performance and the depth of soundstage
At key points, Rubycon and MKP capacitors are used
ALPS volume control and WBT connectors
Tube protection cage included for your convenience
Aluminum remote control included

Tubes included:

(1) pair of Shuguang Treasure Premium Grade matched 300B-Z tubes
(1) pair of Shuguang Treasure Premium Grade matched 6CA7-Z tubes

(2) Shuguang export grade 5AR4

Absolutely gorgeous, but a little above my current means. I just picked up a tube amp--of lesser manufacture a bit more in my range (sub 1000). But if I had 2K, this would be a no-brainer.

    Very nice! GLWTS!
