Started clearing out the storage shed last weekend. It was really hard.:frown:


Anyway, I've seen a lot of folks asking about the grill mounting pins (clips, posts, whatever) for their vintage polks and how they can't find original replacements. Well I finally decided to get rid of the mostly striped Monitor 10 cabinet sitting in the shed and to make it truly final I used the trusty DeWalt 7 1/4 to to dismantle it.

Up for grabs:

1- 10" passive. (w/ grey cardboard ring, a bit dusty but in good shape)

4- Grill post thingies.

1- Grill (slightly discolored from sun on the top and no badge)


Please let me know in your post what you want/how many. I would like to spread the love around so if you only need one of the above say so so we can possibly have multiple winners. (if you need/want all of it that's fine too)

    Life has a way doing what it does.

    Just after my last posting my family life went totally ape (and still is unfortunately) and I quit thinking about this forum or music or anything but doing everything I could to get things back on track.

    I could go into the details in some pathetic attempt to garner sympathy and try to excuse myself for not getting these items to the people to whom they were promised but I'll just say that I'm really sorry.

    First things come first and my family comes first.

    I ended up moving among other severe life changes and have only just now relocated the items put up for Karma (as a direct result of the fact that this week is the first time I've had the time to think about stereo stuff and start hooking up the new house and what not).

    Apologies. I will send out the grill posts and the passive Mon. and I'm still looking for the grill (it may not have survived the move)

    P.S. This forum looks really different now! Upgrades I hope?

    Glad you're back. Let us know if there is anything we can do.... and the karma was very cool; however, family and life can put things in perspective good and bad.
