Karma SL-2000 Tweeters

Recently, I upgraded my SDA 2A's tweeters so I have a pair of SL-2000's that will just be gathering dust. I would really like to see these go to a person who really has a need ie: blown tweeders or rebuilding some speakers.

This will be open to members with at least 100 posts.
These tweeters are used but worked just fine.

As I'm in Canada and not sure what will happen if I just send it Canada Post to the USA (not sure whether it would be cost prohibitive). Maybe members who have done this will chime in.

Anyway, It will be later next week before I can send them so if your interested say so. Some time say Wednesday I will put the names in a hat and draw a winner.

    Just a friendly suggestion.............give it more time than just Wednesday of next week. Many members don't log on everyday and they may miss it. I would suggest a 10-14 day period or longer and bump it frequently if you want it o be effective.

    Of course it's your Karma so you can run it however you want. :smile:

    well I'd like to be in I have some monitor5's that have blown tweet's that i'm giving to my son. Hopefully this will move him away from his Mp3 files

    My SDA 2A's have RD0-194's installed, but they were already in them when I got them. I've always wanted a chance to hear my speakers with their stock tweeters, just out of curiosity. I've actually never even heard the SL-2000 tweeters before.

    If I win, I'd most likely just try them out for a couple weeks, and then re-karma them...since I'm sure the RD0's really do sound better.

    Woohoo!!! Awesome!! I can't wait to hear my 2A's in their stock form!! As I said, I just want to hear what they sound like unmodded. I'm gonna say that it's about a 99.9% chance that I'll end up preferring the RD0's, so these will almost definitely be getting re-karma'd.

    The SL2000's arrived today. I just got them unpacked, but haven't gotten them hooked up yet. I've got some stuff to take care of this evening, but once I get home, I'll get them hooked up and get a good long listening session on my newly "downgraded" speakers. Can't wait!!
