Folks, How do I attache a web site URL to a Club Polk thread? The image insert did not work for me

Right Click the mouse over the picture you want. A pop up will show. Select copy image location.

Now back on our site you click the button I said and paste the location in the pop up box and then hit enter.

Hi Ronnie,
Thanks I was trying to copy a photo from Midwest Speaker to insert in my new post. I right clicked on the image and selected (Copy Image) went back to my new post but was not able to get the image.

I have to tell you those three three 6' foot cables 12AGW from BJC made a big difference in the sound between the xo upgrade and the cables the 10b's are singing.:biggrin: Yesterday I was fishing for 50 feet of 12AGW cables for all the surround speakers. I will be installing wall plates with banana plugs connectors. Monoprice.com is a good place to shop for wall plates,speaker cable and connectors.

I also upgraded my Samsung DVD player to a Oppo BDP-93 universal player BD video,DVD video,DVD audio,Super Audio CD and CD. Now I can see Blu-rey and hear SACD CD's.

I will try to give more detailed instructions than the forum gives. I'm assuming you are using Internet Explorer to access the Internet. For this example I will post the logo image in the top left corner of Midwest's home page. The procedure is the same for any image.

1. Go to www.midwestspeaker.com.
2. Right click on the image at the top left corner of the page.
3. When the menu pops up click on Properties
4. (A new box will pop up.) Highlight the image address (URL), then right click and copy it.
   I][url]http://www.midwestspeaker.com/logo1.png[/url][/I
   .
5. Return here to the post where you want to insert the image.
6. Click the icon in the editor menu bar and paste the URL you copied into the box that pops up... then click OK.

If you followed those instructions you should see the following image when you click the Preview Post button or submit your post:

Wow, you are going all out! Let me know when you play one of the SACDs. I'm interested to hear what you think of them.

Ronnie, I was using Firefolk I try to send the image from Midwest Speaker to you.

When I get to step 4. I highlite the URL and I have 3 options ok,cancel and apply. When I right click to copy nothing happens.

I got pass the copy problem and this is the URL for the immage. Lets see if it worked.

Don't preview your post, just upload the picture and post.....manage attachments to upload.

This should work if you are using Firefox.

1. Go to www.midwestspeaker.com.

4. Return here to the post where you want to insert the image.
5. Click the icon in the editor menu bar.
6. Right click in the box that pops up and select Paste from the menu... then click OK.
