I recall a handy tool for helping select speaker wire gauge given speaker impedance and wire length. Anyone know of a good one? more practically, does it matter more or less if the volume levels will not be moderate (outdoor, not wanting to irritate neighbors).

Most folks around here won't comment on a RR thread. Do a search to find out why:cool:

Roger Russel and all the other experts does miss one major issue: resistanse vs dynamic loss. Fun begins at 9awg, that`s solid core off course.

The information has been relayed, now its time to stop this eventual derail.
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.
