10 minute storm

Man, I was sitting in the car waiting for the light rain to let up when things got crazy. I saw a tree go down right across the street nearly hitting a car, when I decided to move my car out from under a tree.

Apparently, the campus trees got wrecked lol. Some trees around campus have been debarked...completely.

Unfortunately, my 3 hour lecture wasn't canceled due to the crucial lecture materials that are on a backup generator like projectors and instructor lighting, and definitely not air conditioning.

    Mother Nature sure does seem to be angry this year. The weather folks say it's due to La Nina. Many parts of Charlotte and surrounding areas looked just like that two weeks ago. We're still cleaning up.
    ~ In search of accurate reproduction of music. Real sound is my reference and while perfection may not be attainable? If I chase it, I might just catch excellence. ~

    Meanwhile, the unsuspecting prey don't realize the wildly aggressive Nissan Xterra lurks in the bushes eagerly ready to pounce at a moments notice.............
    Isn't it amazing how a little wind can knock over the biggest of trees!?!?
