kenwood or alpine

which amp is better. kenwood 8405 or alpine MRP-F300. both have close specs but kenwood is cea certified with internal fan. looking to connect to polk 6501 components (100w rms) in front and db651 coaxial (60w rms) in rear. your answer will really help.
