Just sitting down to listen again to Eat a Peach from the Allman Brothers. If you are a fan and have not heard the SACD pick it up before it goes out of print!! Especially while you can grab it for $13-15$. The bass on Les Brers is just outstanding as well as the rest of the cd.

Granted you can hear a lot of his from the master but, you could on LP also. Dare I say this sacd Sounds better then the LP??? Melissa is on right now and my neighbors I bet are not digging my Easter AM audio selection LOL.

Last week I ordered Queen News of the World, Night at the Opera and The Game on SHM from CD Japan I hope they come soon!! 3 of my fave Queen cd's I will be able to do a shoot out between the CD LP and SHM. I will post my results once they come in!!

What can be better, tasty morning coffee with some Italian cream, Eat a peach playing on the Vandies 2ce sig, talk about a nice relaxing morning. The amazing 33 min Mountain Jam is on right now. Time to close my eyes.
Klipsch The Nines, Audioquest Thunderbird Interconnect, Innuos Zen MK3 W4S recovery, Revolution Audio Labs USB & Ethernet, Border Patrol SE-I, Audioquest Niagara 5000 & Thunder, Cullen Crossover II PC's.

    One of my favorite SACD's.
Coincidently, you mentioned the 2 songs that are the standouts as far as the sound quality is concerned on this SACD.
Les Bres and Melissa. This is not to take away from the rest of the songs.
    The whole CDE sounds incredible.

I really liked Eat a Peach. Does Live at the Fillmore East have drunks screaming in the back ground? I like Heart but the SACD Alive in Seattle is really damaged by the screaming drunks on some songs.

Yup that is pretty funny! The crowd noise is not bad at all on Fillmore. It sounds great. Pick it up!
