Hi guys, As you may or not know I'm pretty new at this forum and have contributed some, with asking more questions and getting better advice than at other sites. The thing is while doing a keyboard cruise I came across a site that some of you guys might not know about. Before I get to that keep in mind I do know of Audioagon and they present high quality gear and at some times you can get a real bargin. There are others that we all know of including the big one you bid for which can be very frustrating.Well, this new site is called Canuck Audio Mart and has lists upon lists of gear to sell . I consentrated on speakers and found a couple of Klipschs' that peeked my interest and some Polks that might interest you.It was a SDS-2B for I believe is a good price depending on condition, packing and shipping and so forth. I saw the asking price of $350 US. I hope I didn't waste your guys time but it was new to me so maybe it just might be new to some one else looking for a different market.....LW

Everything on that site is located in Canada for people to buy. IE you will probably end up paying a bit more for shipping, customs, etc than normal US transaction.

The whole point of the site was that it was for those in Canada to be able to do trades etc because several boards most members (like audiogon) are more US based, thus higher costs to shipping stuff up north.

So if your close to the boarder and everything then great, if not, then it can suck.

I have bought speakers off of Canuck Audio Mart recently. Actually from another Canadian Polk forum member ... small world they say .... Im in Canada myself so I look at Canuck Audio Mart every couple of days to see if anything is of interest. It is great for Canadians but certainly doesnt have the selection of Audiogon, on which many sellers do not ship to Canada.

Hope you find a deal. Enjoy.

well I'm glad some of you already know of the site. Yes the tariffs are going to be higher but for a looker like me I like the way it is set up. Audioagon is primarily high to higher end and the Canadians, PolkSite, and the Klipsch site seemed geared to us mid blue turning white collar type of people. If I'm wrong sorry but that's the vibe I get especially when asking for advice except when forum friends tend to gang. Still all in all I dig this site and if a question presents it's self I have no qualms asking here....LW
