Polk audio surroundbar 360

I'm new here, I just bought a the surroundbar 360 from a pricate party. I am wondering if anyone knows what speakers are responsible for "center dialogue" on this system.......the system is set to 5.1 surround.......when I get up close and listen, the voice is only coming from the right side of the speaker bar(as I face it). No dialogue is coming from the left. Is this system working the way it was intended??......I can't even get an simple answer to this question from Polk tech support.......REALLY FRUSTRATING !!! PLEASE, any input from someone who actually knows this system would be MUCH appreciated , thanks !!!

    I am replying to my own post for anyone who might want to know......I took apart the speaker bar and immediately noticed that a jumper wire that linked the two speakers on the left (as I face the speakerbar) was not connected to the other speaker. All 8 speakers are LINKED in pairs by a jumper wire, that's 4 pairs. As soon as I attached it..."PROBLEM SOLVED"........facing the speakers, I now had sound coming from left and right during dialogue..........the two linked pairs of speakers closest to the center of the speakerbar handle center dialogue on this unit....that's 4 speakers total, .....just in case anyone will benefit from this info. ADIOS !!!!!!!!!
