Onkyo 505 A/B Speakers

Recently I got the atrium sat30 speaker set for my back yard (including sub) and have them hooked up to my onkyo 505 B channels. I use A for inside and B for outside. I have everything hooked up per polks manual of hooking up the non powered sub to each of the left and right speakers and then the usual hookup for each speaker.

With this, I have noticed my onkyo's volume on the outdoor speakers is significantly lower than what I have hooked up inside. Is this because the B speakers aren't getting enough wattage or is there a way to adjust this? I took the sub out of the equation and had just the atrium hooked up with the same result so I don't feel that I'm splitting the power too thin.

And when I say significantly different sound volumes I mean the receiver needs to be at 50 to = about 30 from outside to inside using the same source.

Any advice?
