Amazing how things change socially, especially in music when one generation's choice of tunes is not anywhere near the previous one's. Case in point, today in the grocery store I heard a tune, by the original artist, that back when it came out in the early 80's would never be heard on the radio, much less in a grocery store. I remember hearing the group's album in a store called Wax Trax in Denver and thinking wow! this is so much better then this disco stuff.

The group was the Ramones and the song was Blitzkreig Bop!! I was pretty amazed believe me to hear it in our suburban middle class grocery store:eek:
