No Power

Bought a soundbar 3000. Was working fine, turned it off then a couple hours later when i went back to turn it on, it wouldn't power on. Checked on a new outlet, power is making it to the battery pack (like a laptop) and the green light is on but no power to the unit itself. Any ideas? I'm thinking its a bad connection between the battery pack and to soundbar itself...
