Have arranged to pick up some mbs next time im in atlanta.

Have read good things online.

got them for 60 bucks, says they are functionally perfect, 7/10 cosmetically.

Any opinions, advice for any potential faults?

thanks.

Are they a midsize two way? I think they have an 8"woofer. I have heard some MB quarts but to be honest I know little about there home stuff. Nothing horrible, but also nothing to special. Sorry I can't be more help. I can say there auto stuff is great.

Those are fairly rare speakers, and I doubt most people here have heard them and comment, including myself. Good luck!

I only have experience with MB Quart car speakers. The titanium dome tweeters produce incredible detail, perhaps too much detail. The highs were a little bit of a challenge to tame. Some models were ear splitting. All that said, I did enjoy them while I had them installed.
