Hi guys, I 'm not an owner of a single Polk product, only because I was so hung up for going for vintage Klipschs' w/ names like Heresey, FortesII, KG.4
Quartets and so on. I have been trying to follow the Polk Line and do not get their nameing system.
YOU HAVE---tSI-100s>RT-12s> Lsi m Lsi-9s and many many more. I really find this system not buyer friendly at all and the most sort after the SDAs W/ interconnects w/ true left-right placement.
As w/ Klipsich their vintage web site is great , where you can do side by side comparisons and know when they were pulled out of production.Has anyone else found that their labeling was a little tuff for the uniniceated and being directed to the proper vintage Polk site would be of some help. You guys love your brand and that's cool, for me I woud not know what I was looking at.
Thanks again, many more questions to be answered and truth be told problems have been dealt w/ and inprovements made to better my rigs......LW

So you're trying to figure out a naming convention that works for vintage as well as current production?
I honestly don't know if LSi or TSi has any meaning, but I know that SDA does... polk lists all their current production speakers from top to bottom on their site in order of price (or quality, I suppose you could say)
It would be difficult, to say the least, to give any meaningful comparison with vintage to modern (as far as what is 'better').
