Just wanted to sing the praises of Cryo-Parts.com
I ordered 15 pieces of 1 1/4" 3 to 1 heatshrink from them.
They sent me 14 pc's of 1 1/2" by accident.
I emailed them about 1 o'clock in the morning explaining the situation.
Got up about 8:30 am the next morning and checked my email.
I had an email from Paypal saying I had a full refund on the above purchase.
Cryo-Parts sent me an email telling me to please keep what I had received as an apology.
Talk about killer Customer Service!
I have dealt with them in the past, and will continue to deal with such a great company that takes their business and their customers very serious.
You just don't find this level of CS very often.

Good to hear! Too many companies put CS on the back-burner of importance. It's great to deal with a company that puts it at the forefront of importance...... ><////(*>
