Hello guys;

Doing an audio system for a clients Gym.

The guy wants dance floor like sound for his aerobics room and I have suggested him the following setup...

Was suggesting him a JBL setup... but just that day a Polk Rep visited our showroom and was there as I was finalizing the deal.. He suggested using the atrium 7's.....

It would be nice if you could give some feedback on these polk speakers and if they would be the right choice for this application

Room size : 36ft x 36ft - 1300 sqft ( 10 ft ceiling )
Speakers : Atrium 7 x 4 pairs
Amp : QSC - RMX 1850HD ( 360w/ch @ 8ohms )
Subs : DSW Pro 660 x 2

4 speakers wired to each channel for a net load of 8 ohms..

translating to 90w going to each of the 8 speakers...

+ a pair of DSW Pro660 subs.....

meaning 720watts of mids & highs + 1000watts of LF

have been selling polk speakers since a while now, but this is the first time we would be dealing with the atrium series....

What do you guys think ???will this give the impact my client needs ??

or would it be better if we go the pro way and get huge speakers/ line arrays from JBL / Cerwin Vega etc....

Any suggestions are welcome...

Thanks guys....

Take care, God Bless....
