I doubt there will be interest here, but figured I'd go ahead and post up an ad just in case anyone local to DFW happens to be looking.
I have a Weber Spirit E-310 that's in good condition. I'm selling because we're moving to the condo soon and I can't take it with me (fire codes in downtown Las Colinas say I can't have a grill out on the balcony). I probably don't need to tell anyone how good these grills are, Weber makes great stuff!
I'm attaching a stock image for now as reference. I need to get out there and give it a good cleaning before I put it in the garage. I'll tackle that this weekend and take pictures then unless someone's actually interested sooner, in which case I can do that tonight and post pictures.
Everything on it works great and it looks great as well, and it comes with a propane tank with at least some fuel (will check the actual amount when I go to do a final clean and take pictures).
It's going up on CL for $300, but figured I'd offer it up to you locals for $275, local pick up only.

Yes DFW= Dallas/Ft. Worth"The legitimate powers of government extend to such acts only as are injurious to others. But it does me no injury for my neighbour to say there are twenty gods, or no god. It neither picks my pocket nor breaks my leg." --Thomas Jefferson

Too bad you can't ship, I'd take it in a heartbeat. I have the opposite problem, I just moved from an apartment to a house and I need a grill. Our fire codes here say you can't have charcoal or gas but you can have electric in an ampartment/townhouse, etc. I have used a Charbroil electric Patio Caddy for years and it does a great job.........much better than I ever thought. If you can have electric on your condo balcony, I highly recommend it. Take a look at the link.

I believe my brother's condo in Oceanside has the same regulations as yours. He's gotten around it by getting an electric smoker. GREAT smoked meats, and a lot less hassle then using a side box smoker. (But a lot less fun, IMO!) Just an idea for you. GLWTS!

If I hadn't just bought a larger weber gas grill a couple months ago I'd be all over this. I think I use mine 3-4 times a week. Reliable as hell, super even heat, and you sear meat like nobody's business. These rarely come used or on sale...somebody should jump on this!Living Room 2.2: Usher BE-718 "tiny dancers"; Dual DIY Dayton audio RSS210HF-4 Subs with Dayton SPA-250 amps; Arcam SA30; Musical Fidelity A308; Sony UBP-x1000es
