Interview Time

So tomorrow I'm going to have a double interview with two different managers for 3 positions. I've never done anything like this. The one position (which is the one I applied for) is a manager position.
The other two are Analyst positions, which I had interest in but was more interested in the Manager position. Anyone ever go through an interview like this before?
I've only done a one on one before for just one job I applied for. I've never done a group interview or even for 2 or 3 different jobs.
I'm already freakin' out about it!

Never been in that spot, but I can tell you that the best thing you can do is relax, and stay away from the caffeine. The reason for this type of interview is to induce some stress to the process and see how you respond. By being able to demonstrate a calm and relaxed demeanor, you will be putting yourself in front of the pack.
Good luck!

Be prepared. Do some research on typical questions asked for different positions (ask another manager, employee, internet, etc) and figure out what you would say BEFORE the interview.

Isn't thinking up a great answer on the fly a quality managers should have?

Great advice, at a previous job I hired quite a few people, nothing more uneasing about a potential canidate then being jacked up on what seemed to be a 64oz redbull. Good luck! -

Good advice...remember, you never appear as nervous as you may feel inside.
Also, I think group interviews are becoming more the norm for risk avoidance issues, as well as get severval peoples input on a candidate before making a decision. -
Group interviews are designed to induce stress, so as others have already said, be calm (but not comatose) and relax. The best advice is to be yourself. You're only getting the interview because you are qualified for at least one of the open spots.
Have your elevator speech ready to go, and do your homework on the company. Be very prepared for when they ask, "So tell us about you" and "Do you have any questions for us?"
You'll do great - good luck. -
Take an Imodium beforehand."He who fights with monsters should look to it that he himself does not become a monster. And when you gaze long into an abyss the abyss also gazes into you." Friedrich Nietzsche

thanks guys. This is a very different interview as I've been with the compnay for over 3 years now and never have had an interview like this. For one its up on the mangers/directors floor which is all private. Normally they happen down in our HR department so its a bit different that way.
Also everything was done through email. I didn't even do a phone interview on anything but just all causal through an email exchange with the HR department. So my level of being nervous is higher than normal. -
You got this!!
The more you sit on here and look for guidance, the more nervous you are going to get. Clear your head, take an imodium in case you have poops, and go in there ready to impress! Remember, all you are doing is talking, a little confidence in your actions/voice goes a long way.
Eye Contact........
And remember, a womans eyes aren't on her chest even though we all know they are. :biggrin:Where’s the KABOOM?!?! There’s supposed to be an Earth shattering KABOOM!!! -
Xanax!
Good luck. -
Take a chill, bro. It don't mean nothin. It'll be casual, your already qualified or they wouldn't be considering you. Since you have been there three years, you're already way ahead of the game.
When I interviewed for this position, I was facing four people who were firing off all kinds of different questions. Just address each of them equally, be honest and thorough with your answer. They all put their pants on in the morning the same way you do, one leg at a time. Remember that... -
Thanks! Well I'll be up there in a few hours so hopefully all goes well! I'm still a bit nervous but doing better than I have with it from the past thats for sure.

How'd it go?
wasn't too bad. There was a question that I really had no answer to, but I'll find out in about a week or so. -
