Not sure if a thread like this has been up before, if so, probably not a bad one to repeat. So the title of the thread says it all. You're stranded, forever, on a desert island. Assuming you have some way of actually playing them, what are the five albums that you would choose to be the only music you can listen to for the rest of your life? Here's my list:

1) Beatles - Abbey Road
2) Led Zeppelin - The Song Remains The Same (man, that's a hard choice)
3) Bruce Springsteen - Darkness On The Edge Of Town
4) Pink Floyd - Dark Side Of The Moon
5) Grateful Dead - One From The Vault (Another VERY tough choice)

Ok folks, go to it....
Good music, a good source, and good power can make SDA's sing. Tubes make them dance.

    Pink Floyd - DSOTM
Porcupine Tree - Fear Of A Blank Planet
    Gladiator - Score by Zimmer

That is a very tough list to create by the way, and I can't promise I'd be able to recreate it exactly if asked again a month from now

I never had it like this where I grew up. But I send my kids here because the fact is you go to one of the best schools in the country: Rushmore. Now, for some of you it doesn't matter. You were born rich and you're going to stay rich. But here's my advice to the rest of you: Take dead aim on the rich boys. Get them in the crosshairs and take them down. Just remember, they can buy anything but they can't buy backbone. Don't let them forget it. Thank you.Herman Blume - Rushmore

Hopefully, we will all be on the same shipwreck.
A few duplicates, but not many.
Combined we would have a great collection of albums.
I hope The Professor is stranded with us so he can make a stereo out of a coconut.
