AT&T is in the process of buying T-Mobile. And T-Mobile just aired a commercial trashing AT&T, basically, saying AT&T is slower, and costs more?
WTF?
WTF?
I refuse to argue with idiots, because people can't tell the DIFFERENCE!

Until the buy out is complete, they're still direct competitors. I really hope my rates dont go (I'm with T-Mo). If they do, I'll probably just switch over to Verizon.

I think it's awesome. I have noticed the same thing and love seeing T-Mobile commercials because they are basically bashing themselves (I know the deal isn't final, but then this isn't near as funny).I know just enough to be dangerous, but don't tell my wife, she thinks I'm a genius.

In my area, my T-Mo phone gets better reception in more places than AT&T. They also have a bigger 3.5G network than AT&T. They may not be as big, but at least here...theyre better. And less expensive to boot.
I would love to go to Verizon, but I cant afford them without having to cut other places. I pay $63/mo for my cell phone which to me, is pushing it. I'd gladly pay less and just have a capped data plan since I have wifi at home and at work, so I don't use it that often.

That's crappy. I was going to switch to T-mobile because I cannot upgrade my current phone without having to pay $25 extra a month (600 over a contract period) for a data plan that I won't use.... now I have to either stick with ATT and buy craigslist phones at twice or three times the price, while I don't get to use my money off phones... or I get to switch to verizon and get screwed with the same thing, while losing the major benefit of sim cards

Yup from what I have read ATT wants T-Mobile to use their towers for data and their 4G network.
If this deal goes through I could see Sprint folding into Verizon in the not so distant future as well....
